Our Mission
At NQ Dance School, our mission is to develop critical thinking, creativity, and to build a community for the next generation of dancers.
We believe that dance is an outlet, a place of learning, and an opportunity to grow physically and mentally to excel inside and beyond the dance studio.
About NQ School of Dance
Daring. Passionate. Eager.
Miss Leah has over 15 years of experience in the dance industry and 7 years of experience as a dance teacher. She has a Diploma of Dance from the Australian Ballet School, and a Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS) from the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). She is completing her 3rd year of a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from JCU.
Leah loves to give back knowledge to students that she has learnt over the years as a student and as a teacher. She aims to continue to build a supportive and creative dance community in Far North Queensland to support up-and-coming students to excel physically and mentally and have the best start for a journey in the dance world.
